Position Summary

The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused professional who can identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through outreach, networking, and lead follow-up
  • Conduct product presentations and clearly communicate value propositions to clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, and management) to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Track sales activity, leads, and performance metrics in CRM systems
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge
  • Provide feedback to leadership on customer needs and market opportunities

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of sales experience (inside sales, account management, or B2B preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build rapport and close sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in a high-energy, goal-driven environment
  • Basic proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (or similar)
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in industrial, distribution, or product-based sales
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
